By accessing or using the Mtwapa Bay property management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Mtwapa Bay provides property management software and related services, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant screening, and financial reporting.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscription fees and service charges are billed as agreed in your service contract. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Mtwapa Bay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
